Preparing for our visit

Before we come to your home we ask that you be fairly certain of what you would like to sell. It is not necessary to account for every item but that you be certain of larger and more valuable items. This enables us to make an accurate evaluation of your sale.

Setting your date

Once an agreement is made to conduct your sale we will sign a contract and set your date. Our sales take place for two or three consecutive days. This allows for any variables that may affect a sale such as weather conditions. We prepare for a sale one to two weeks prior to the event.
